When your new home goes under contract, your home search will be stress-free because I will make sure you know enough about the market to make an informed decision.

Listening is my business. I want you to tell me everything, down to the smallest detail that describes your perfect home. Is it a window seat, a three car garage or perhaps an office or a whirlpool tub? How does it feel? Open and airy, warm and cozy, bold and dramatic? What type of neighborhood? Are schools important? What is your lifestyle like? Would you like amenities, such as a pool and a tennis court? What are some things you do not want? I will show you via email or in person, EVERY listing that meets your price range and has most or all of the features you desire. Tell me which ones you want to see after you’ve read the descriptions and saw the pictures. It is as simple as that. We look first at the best available homes on the market. In most cases my buyers find their home in this first group of matching properties. My track record has been great here.

I would have you pre-approved for a mortgage if needed.

Just as your accountant, doctor, and mechanic get to know your needs through a steady relationship, your Buyer Agent also gets to know your real estate needs and concerns. This type of relationship is built through open communications at all times and by touring homes with me so I get a good idea of your feedback and concerns about each home. If you try to jump from agent to agent you will usually not receive the best real estate service. I like to use this analogy, you go into work one day and your employer would say to you, please work today, but I may or may not pay you for your work! You would not be motivated to work would you? The same goes for us since we work on 100% commission and have large amount of expenses as independent contractors. In closing, trying to find and tour homes on your own will take longer when An agent representing you, can tell you all the details and features about any home for sale before you drive to see it.
